Do you have a problem that requires our attention? Do you feel you have been treated unfairly by an academic or professional staff member of Monash Malaysia?

Here at Monash Malaysia we take these issues very seriously. We want to ensure that you are treated fairly and respectfully in your dealings with the University.

Our Student Advisory and Support Officer can help you on a wide range of matters, including advice on University policy and procedures, academic progress, disciplinary matters, lodgement of a complaint or grievance, as well as support and representation at relevant proceedings.
