Dr Manjit Singh Sandhu

Dr Manjit Singh Sandhu is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Management, School of Business. He also holds the Director’s post for the Master’s of Professional Management program. His principal research interest lies in several closely related domains in management specifically focusing on the following topics: internationalization of firms, knowledge sharing/hiding, entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility/ethics/sustainability. He has published papers in several high ranked journals such as International Business Review, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Management History, Journal of Knowledge Management, International Journal of Public Sector Management, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour & Research, Asia Pacific Business Review and Journal of Workplace Learning. Since 2016, Manjit has been leading the International study program, an elective unit from the Master in International Business course offered in summer every year. Industry visits were organised during the study trips and several cities in Asia (Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chengdu, Chongqing,Seoul, Tokyo and The Philippines) and Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Krakow and Warsaw) were covered. Dr Manjit has also conducted corporate training work for organizations such as German Chamber of Commerce, Malaysian Airlines and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a member of the European International Business Academy, Academy of Management and Network for Business Sustainability.
